NOS’ Roaming Access Offer aims to comply with the obligation stablished under article 3 of the Regulation (EU) 2022/612 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2022 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Union, that mobile network operators shall publish a reference offer, considering BEREC guidelines, and shall make it available to an undertaking requesting wholesale roaming access.
