How does the joining process work?

On the NOS website or through the customer service line, you can find the monthly fee that that better suits you, and you may have access to exclusive offers. You can also join at any NOS store or agent.

After joining, we will follow up on your request according to the following steps:

1. The details of your bundle will be set with the NOS specialist, and the installation will be scheduled. This scheduling is always done in the shortest possible time, according to your availability and preference;

2. You will receive an SMS with all the details;

3. Wait for the service installation and activation date - if you need to change the appointment date, you can do so in the NOS App;

4. After the time indicated by the specialist, you can confirm the contracted conditions, activate TV channels and subscriptions and take advantage of the offers you were entitled to by joining NOS.

How does the loyalty period work?

Subscription to a NOS bundle comes with a loyalty period of 24 months.

However, other offers are available with other loyalty periods, such as 12 months, 6 months, or even no loyalty period, in which the installation and activation of the service have aditional costs.

How do campaigns work?

NOS gives you access to campaigns in bundles throughout the year.

What is the most suitable internet speed for me?

In NOS Fiber bundles, you have internet speeds of up to 1Gbps at your disposal. For moderate internet surfing, music or video streaming, online gaming and sharing with up to 8 devices, speeds of 100Mbps and 200Mbps are suitable. If you value ultra-fast downloads, multiplayer online gaming and sharing with up to 15 devices, you should opt for the 500Mbps speed. The maximum speed of 1Gbps is useful for intensive internet users and hardcore gamers.

How many SIM cards do you need and with what features?

NOS was awarded the best mobile network in the country and offers different mobile tariffs from 500MB/mo to unlimited traffic for you to choose from. You can  associate them with your bundle and receive a single monthly bill. As soon as you add a mobile tariff to your bundle, you get twice the data on that card. If you add more cards, you get 3x more mobile data on all cards. And if you're an EDP Comercial customer, you get 4x more mobile data.
