After joining, we will follow up on your request according to the following steps:
1. The details of your bundle will be set with the NOS specialist, and the installation will be scheduled. This scheduling is always done in the shortest possible time, according to your availability and preference;
2. You will receive an SMS with all the details;
3. Wait for the service installation and activation date - if you need to change the appointment date, you can do so in the NOS App;
4. After the time indicated by the specialist, you can confirm the contracted conditions, activate TV channels and subscriptions and take advantage of the offers you were entitled to by joining NOS.
