With the my NOS app or customer area, you can conveniently view and download your bills from the past 12 months.

Where can you find your bills?

Service bills

In the my NOS app or customer area, you can effortlessly retrieve your bill and payment history for the past 12 months, as well as access a comprehensive list of all your bills, payments, and credit notes within that time frame.

When you select a specific bill, you have the option to view its details and download it in either a summarized format or with a detailed breakdown of your communications. 

If you have electronic billing activated, your bills are available in the my NOS app and customer area. Additionally, you will receive them via email and SMS and are legally valid for tax purposes.

Equipment bills

In the my NOS app, you can access the history of device bills. You can view or download those documents, allowing you to keep track of your device-related expenses with ease.

In the my NOS customer area you can find device purchase bills.
