Dividend payment

On 22 April 2026, NOS' Annual General Meeting was held, at which the payment of an ordinary dividend of 0.35€ per share and an extraordinary dividend of 0.10€ per share was approved. Payment of the total dividend of 0.45€ per share will be made on 8 May 2026.

Upon this dividend payment, NOS will maintain a solid capital structure, remaining below its reference net debt ratio of 2x NFD/EBITDA AL. NOS remains well positioned to meet future investment needs and is firmly committed to continuing to distribute an attractive level of dividends, while strategically focusing on preserving a strong capital structure in order to continue creating sustainable value for shareholders.
